Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including:
The continental U.S.
Alaska & Hawaii
Puerto Rico
APO/FPO addresses
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–2 business days
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Typically 2–4 weeks depending on design, diamond sourcing, and production timeline
Orders placed after 12 PM ET are processed the next business day
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays
U.S. Shipping Options
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your protection.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx — selected based on the safest and fastest option for your location.
P.O. Boxes: Ship via USPS only (Expedited or Overnight may not apply).
Signature Requirement
A signature is required for all deliveries to ensure safe and secure receipt of your jewelry.
If you are unavailable, your carrier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup at the nearest facility.
We cannot ship to addresses without a secure delivery option or authorized signer.
Packaging
All items are shipped in discreet, secure packaging with no mention of jewelry on the exterior.
Gift boxes, pouches, and polishing cloths are included when applicable.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates to appear online.
Address Changes
Address changes can be made before shipment.
Once a label is created or a package is in transit, rerouting may not be possible.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require a re-shipment fee.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately so you receive available pieces sooner.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
Delays Outside Our Control
Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (such as holidays) may impact delivery times.
We’ll assist with tracking and claims but cannot guarantee specific arrival dates once the package is in transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
In Transit (Not Delivered): Contact us if tracking has not updated for 5+ business days.
Marked Delivered but Missing: Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If theft is suspected, file a police report.
Damaged on Arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, shipping label, and item.
Order Cancellations
Ready-to-Ship: Cancellable within 12 hours if not yet shipped.
Made-to-Order & Custom: Once materials are reserved and work begins, cancellations may incur a 20–50% fee depending on progress.
Holiday Cutoffs
We publish holiday shipping cutoffs each season.
Order early for custom pieces to ensure on-time delivery.
Fraud Prevention
All orders are verified before shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified for security reasons.
