Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products
- Sized or polished items
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on clearance or final sale Returns & Exchange Details
- Return Window: Online and in-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
- Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded less shipping costs to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

In-Store Purchases
Returns without a receipt are only eligible for exchange, store credit, or gift card at the current price, less any discounts.
Online Purchases

Returns by mail or in-store must include the original packing slip. If lost, your shipping confirmation email or order receipt
can be used.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Return Instructions:
?? Not following these steps may void insured return coverage.
1. Contact us at richiericardo@richiericardo.com to receive a FedEx return QR code.
2. Use a new FedEx Express box for shipping.
3. Include the packing slip and all original documents.
4. Take photos or a video of the packaged box before shipping.
5. Bring the box and QR code to a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or FedEx Ship Center only (no drop boxes or third-party retail locations).
6. Apply the pre-printed adhesive label you receive from FedEx.
7. Ship insured.

 

Important Return Notes
- Returns sent after 14 days, without insurance, or improperly packaged will be declined.
- Returned items must be undamaged and unworn. Any signs of wear or third-party alterations will void the return.
- Loose diamonds must be returned with their original grading report. A $150 fee will be deducted if the report is missing.
- Made-to-order and custom-designed items are final sale and not returnable.

 

What Happens Next?
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business

days to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

Richie Ricardo LLC is not responsible for lost returns or those that do not follow these guidelines.
